"Driver did not arrive at the house but telephoned to say he had arrived. He was in the wrong street. On arrival at Heathrow he claimed he needed us to pay for the £5.00 car drop off fee. This was included in your charges. Stupidly I gave him a 10 Euro note as I had no sterling. This was in hindsight just a ruse to get a tip. I am very disappointed with the service provided. I think you should give me a refund on my card. If I do not get a refund I will post very strongly worded notes about your firm on social media. "

"My trip was to Heathrow. The driver got lost, the office staff were atrocious. I had £5 added to the quoted price and deducted from my account before the driver arrived. Absolutely abysmal service!!! Never again!"
"Unfortunately even though they were on time and the drivers were polite - we were delayed 4 hours (provided flight number) when we got back to our house the taxi driver (MK PRESTIGE) told us we owed £60 for being delayed….. refused to pay as we advised we provided flight details and were told these would be tracked to prevent extra charges - the driver arrived correct time for the delay but they still tried to charge us. Spoke to the manager of the company and he said that while taxi code might track the flight they don’t so it’s ‘not his problem’ he was highly rude and said that I was ‘just a woman so should listen to him’ safe to say we got out of the taxi and will never use MK prestige or taxi code as apparently they have to sets of T&Cs but only tell you about the taxi code ones not the company they outsource your booking to which the also don’t tell you the name of until you have paid!! "
"No problem with the Journey to airport. Comfortable car. On time courteous driver. A very different experience on our return! Our flight was delayed by an hour and a half. Though not the cheapest, we had chosen MK Prestige Cars as they state they will monitor the flight in case of delay. We also liked the use of an app to aid communication as well. When we discovered that there was a delay to our flight we felt reassured in the knowledge that the driver would monitor the flight. We also left a note stating the length of the delay on the app as a back up. On arrival there was no driver to meet us and no voice mail or messages to explain why. On phoning MK cars we were advised that they would investigate and phone back in 5 mins. They did not. After a further half an hour and further attempts via phone to locate our driver we received a very unsympathetic call to advise us that the driver would not be turning up and were offered no resolution to the situation other than to send an email if we had a complaint. We were left standard! We eventually found a black cab at a price of £80 to complete our journey home. We will not use this company again and will advise others to look elsewhere for their airport transfers! They can’t be trusted!!"

"We had to go to the airport, it was our only chance to get there at that time. We left the hostel at 1:55 and there was no car. We split up looking for a taxi, but it was nowhere to be found. It was terrible! It was night, the company did not answer the phones, we had already lost hope! Finally, after 20 minutes, we managed to get through to the taxi company and they sent us a replacement car. They said that the previous taxi driver arrived, did not see anyone and left immediately, although the letter said that we have 30 minutes of free waiting, and the next 15 minutes will be paid for. no one even called! This is the worst service I've ever had! We had a lot of nerves, because we were afraid of being late for the plane. But upon arrival at the airport, it turned out that we had to pay another 5 pounds to pay for parking for our new taxi driver, although no one had warned about this in advance! I am claiming compensation for this nervous trip!!!! Because it affected our mental health and we ended up experiencing even more stress at the airport itself."

"I wouldn’t use this service again. I arrived at Heathrow with two young kids but driver was no where to be seen. Called the two numbers provided by MK Prestige several times but no answer. Called the number provided by taxi code and got through to someone but got cut off/hung up on. Called again and got told I was not listening to him when I was just asking for confirmation that the driver was actually in the airport - seemed they didn’t know. Finally he arrived through the external door and claimed to have been waiting for me inside the terminal for an hour - I don’t think so and then decided he wanted to buy a coffee - which he could have done for the last hour if he really had been waiting for me that long. So overall taxi was late and person on the phone was rude and aggressIve."
"Could not be more pleased with my experience. Ordering the taxi was incredibly easy and the price was very fair. I ordered a minibus to pick us up at 4 30 am for a flight and when I opened the door at 4 25 am it was there waiting for us meaning we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. The driver was also courteous and sharply dressed. Would definitely recommend"

"I wouldn’t use this service again. I arrived at Heathrow with two young kids but driver was no where to be seen. Called the two numbers provided by MK Prestige several times but no answer. Called the number provided by taxi code and got through to someone but got cut off/hung up on. Called again and got told I was not listening to him when I was just asking for confirmation that the driver was actually in the airport - seemed they didn’t know. Finally he arrived through the external door and claimed to have been waiting for me inside the terminal for an hour - I don’t think so and then decided he wanted to buy a coffee - which he could have done for the last hour if he really had been waiting for me that long. So overall taxi was late and person on the phone was rude and aggressIve."
"Could not be more pleased with my experience. Ordering the taxi was incredibly easy and the price was very fair. I ordered a minibus to pick us up at 4 30 am for a flight and when I opened the door at 4 25 am it was there waiting for us meaning we arrived at the airport with plenty of time. The driver was also courteous and sharply dressed. Would definitely recommend"
